New Atlantis (New Atlantis Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C) was established in the UAE in 2009. We are a specialized general and electromechanical (MEP) contracting firm providing premium services to discerning clients in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and the Northern Emirates.

With an in-house team of more than 200 dedicated employees, including specialized engineers in construction, electrical, and mechanical domains alongside highly skilled technicians and supervisors, we possess the scale, expertise, and precision required to manage large-scale contracts and complex construction environments.

Our robust organizational structure grants us an unparalleled degree of control over project quality, safety compliance, and timely delivery. Whether acting as a single-service specialist or a multi-services engineering contractor, we deliver solutions that cover Civil Works, MEP Works, Fit-out Works, and Infrastructure.

Ghazanfar Iqbal

Founder & CEO

Ghazanfar Iqbal is the Founder, CEO and Partner of New Atlantis Electromechanical Contracting L.L.C and a group of other companies expanding across diverse and challenging economic sectors in the UAE, including contracting, real estate, transport, advertising, printing, retail, and distribution.

His first steps into business and entrepreneurship began in 2005. After graduating from the University of Leicester in the U.K, with a Master's degree in Advanced Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he led the family business of Electrical Contracting, established in the mid-'80s, and took it as a platform to excel.

In 2009, he established New Atlantis Electromechanical Contracting Company. In over 17 years of hard work, determination and dedication, he managed to establish a chain of trust, reliability and integrity with his clients.

With specialized, highly skilled, and motivated manpower services, the company has executed diverse projects in a timely and professional manner as per the international norms across U.A.E. Some of the noteworthy projects to its credit, since its inception are: Aspen Heights British School, Gravity Hotel, Sports complexes at private islands, multi-storey buildings, and palaces.

The Ministry of Presidential Affairs, The Crown Prince Court, National Marine Dredging Company and ADNOC have been a few of the company's prestigious clients.

His visionary and empowering leadership has consistently provided clients with the most gratifying experience. He remains determined to be in quest for new challenges, to acquire new technologies and to explore new horizons.
